User Agreement

Welcome to Ulive. This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Ulive regarding your use of our puzzle application and services. By accessing or using Ulive, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using our puzzle game. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Ulive.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ulive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any other applicable laws and regulations. Ulive is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Service Description

Ulive provides users with a digital platform offering interactive 3×3 sliding puzzles and related content. Our services may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our puzzle services at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

As a user of Ulive, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Use our services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access our services for any purpose
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or harmful

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Ulive may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase and use within our puzzle application. By purchasing or using Coins, you agree to the following:

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency
• Coins can only be used within Ulive to unlock puzzles and features and cannot be transferred to other users or applications
• All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Coins at our sole discretion
• Any unauthorized use of Coins or attempts to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the coins system is prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ulive, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Ulive or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of Ulive is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ulive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Ulive immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use Ulive will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
